You can apply for Security and Investigation, Land Agents, Sales Representatives and Conveyancers licence online.
Renew your business nameBusiness name renewals lodged via this online facility will be processed and a certificate issued within ten (10) working days of receipt by the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs. Renew today.
Apply for a BDM certificateUse this facility to apply for a South Australian birth, death, marriage or Commemorative certificate. Please note: Pre-adoption and Change of Name certificates and our priority service are not available online - contact our office for more information.

Assurance registerThe Assurance Register lists the traders who have given an assurance, or formal guarantee, to refrain from engaging in specified unlawful conduct.
