There may be hazards around your home that can result in accidents or even death. Some accidents are either unavoidable or the result of inappropriate usage, but others are the result of poorly designed or manufactured products.

You have the right to expect that the products you purchase will be safe and that the information provided with goods is accurate and easy to understand.
