Crisis Information and Factsheets

In late 2010 and early 2011 significant flooding occurred in many areas of Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. Recovery work is underway with support available for those affected and opportunities for everyone to help others in need. Even if you have not been affected by these events directly, there are some things you need to know to help protect you as a consumer, in any crisis situation.
