If you are currently incorporated under the SA Act it is a simple process to transfer to the CATSI Act - read about the process here.
On this register you will find some details that have been provided by a representative of the relevant association. This will enable members of associations to search and download certain documents about how their associations should be run and managed. The first documents available are the constitutions of a group of the Aboriginal association in remote South Australia. Others are planned to be added.
These constitutions are true copies of the originals held by this Office and due to a number of reasons, may be hard to read.
